Black lentil stew

I was outside all day gardening so I needed a Lazy Good Food Recipe. On Friday, I boiled 2 cups of black begula lentils which I ordered directly from On Friday and Saturday I made different types of veggies patties – one with orzo the other with bread crumbs. I had about a cup leftover of lentils. This is a recipe you could use uncooked lentils. Any type of lentils works

Step one – sauté garlic in oil for a few minutes the add diced carrots, celery, cauliflower and potatoes. Sauté for a few more minutes. Add preferred seasonings. I used veggies bullion and Chat Masala from Ancient Indian Spice. Also added 1 can of tomato-soup and 2 cans of water. Let stewed on stove for 30 minutes
