Red currants, apple, pecans no added sugar treat

While the 10th this week of apple crisp with sugar is in oven. I made a no sugar “treat bread?” Lots of homegrown red currants and apples offered sweet flavor. The rolled oats and two eggs added satisfying health

I used Homegrown red currants from freezer, 1/2 diced apple, 1 cup of flour (I mixed rice flour & whole wheat) 3/4 cup of rolled oats, 2 eggs, a few tablespoons of milk
Top with pecans bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. I liked this and did not miss added sugar.
